  The wedding reception we went to was at the hotel's convention center and was great, the front desk staff were helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean.

  The hotel was clean and pleasant, stefanie at the front desk was incredible, the room was nice and cozy. Staff were always helpful and the hot breakfast buffet was complete.

  Large and plenty of towels, the suite was huge and very comfortable.

  The restaurant overlooks the river and has great food, the downtown location is convenient, very Pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Arena. The lobby is bright, modern and cheerful, the staff is very nice. I booked a room at the holiday inn just because is next to the arena, the elevators are quick.

  Its location on the river is pretty, and has great access to downtown, the hotel overall is good, the interior design of the rooms is chic and pleasant. The free internet is a plus, the bar is quite nice and spacious.

  Very clean, great bed, great view and location, good stay, the lobby was impressive the rooms under impressive. The staff were friendly, the wireless internet access was hassle free and the bar was a nice addition. The food at the restaurant was excellent and cocktail hour was wonderful. The pool was clean and warm.

  The fitness center really needs to be updated, great hotel and our group looks forward to returning, the lobby is very nice, the restaurant is excellent. The beds are lovely and we had comfortable sleeps, the employees are very friendly. The indoor pool is nice.

  The pros were good beds, great business center and a friendly staff, service was exceptional in all areas of the hotel. The lady at the front desk was cheerful and efficient, the rooms were clean, hot items on the breakfast buffet were only warm.

  Very calm and good view of the bu, definitely great value for the price paid. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. Elevators were fast, the restaurant was just OK.

  This hotel does not represent our hometown of Binghamton well, the room was renovated and is very nice.

  My stay at this hotel was not as bad as others have reported and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were extremely cleaned and tidy, the food was very nicely prepared and tasted great. The indoor pool was very nice.
