In addition, they are the highest price hotel in the area, so I would advise to stay somewhere else.
This is the most overpriced hotel in the Binghamton area.
This is not a dive hotel, but paying over 100 dollars in Binghamton should go a lot farther than this.
The location is very nice - right on the Chenango River (we walked down to see the ducks + geese several times), and is within walking distance by a path to a park at the confluence of the Chenango and Susquehanna River.

The hotel is in a great location for binghamton and the beds are lovely.
Room cost: $130 bucks for one night for a room so small that you have to wait your turn to get by the bed to look out the window.
I had colleagues stay at the same place that week and some of their problems were: toilet didn't work, bugs in the bed, windows wouldn't close, heaters a/c didn't work.
Soap from previous guest left in bath tub,Took almost 2 hours to get clean towels and soap brought to the room.
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the room we stayed in had a super comfortable king sized bed.
The bed was extra "springy" and the room was small, and on the order of something you might find in Manhattan.

When the coaches were moved at 6:30 pm, The new room had breakfast dishes in the hall outside their room.

Cleanliness - Rate it 2 out of 5: Rugs in lobby and elevator were littered with debris.
Definitely great value for the price paid and the lobby is also recently re-designed in cool.

Rooms were extremely cleaned and tidy, elevators were fast.
