  Premises were clean and that we were literally a stones throw away from festival leisure park. Additionally we all enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn as from walking through the door we were made to feel welcome, charged half price because the booking had been messed up and the staff were very polite & helpful. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great.

  The toilet flush was very poor and receptionist on arrival was rather unfriendly.

  Reception area were fine, the car park was well lit and the staff at the Hotel were very approachable. Service was excellent and room was comfy. Food was lovely.

  The bar prices were far to expensive, under the toilet seat was very dirty brown/black in colour and the Duty Managers said that I had to put up.

  Nice view on the lake from the breakfast room and great leisure park next door plenty of restaurants. Good value, having a refreshing shower away from home comforts and staff very friendly and helpfull. The bathroom fine, the bar excellent and choice of fresh fruits.

  Not near to town, i was also told that because others had paid deposits rather than just given payment details.

  The location was great for us and the hotel was convenient for my needs. The staff was friendly and even there was a noisy wedding reception party downstairs didn't affect us in our room. Breakfast was very good.

  Dining room has lovely views and near to leisure park. Comfortable throughout our stay, clean and modern building, good price. Nice people at the reception and the breakfast in the morning is gorgeous.

  Free internet just up the road for a lot less, the shower didnt work properly.

  Quiet and in the centre of facilities staff were helpfull good atsmosphere, this hotel was a very nice, we thought the rooms were very comfortable. The fact that we were given complimentary breakfast.

  Easy to find hotel and no hard sale at the check in desk no fuss at desk just a all round very good service. The rooms are clean and the bar is nice.

  No centre light in the bedroom area therefor dark trying to get ready, entertainment park - at weekends can be very busy and loud, restaurant is overpriced.

  Accomodating throughout our stay, helpfull staff and fee is applied in case of early-check-out : not a sign of good customer-orienter management. A nice bed to sleep in.

  The Hotel in itself is quite good and rooms are clean staff are friendly.
