Best hotel in Bangor and disney does better for far less of a price for 1 night.
1 cup coffee maker-not a regular coffee maker,and the room i booked was 2 queen beds and a roll away bed.
Both rooms had acceptable decor but bathrooms clearly old with yellowing sinks and tubs with cracks.
1 king size bed,a lounge chair with an ottoman ,and 1 roll away.
The first rooms facing the outside face parking lots and my room (396) was particularly noisy with the highway and drinkers causing noise all night long.
So Holiday Inn was the only place with a room open that weekend.
Breakfast menu in the restaurant was fine too, the pool was big.
Restaurant (breakfast) service two days in a row was slow and limited.
One night my 7 yr old had a very bad cough at 11pm, the front desk staff who was finished her shift at 1130, drove to Walmart for us in Bangor and got cough medicine and brought it back.
Front Desk personnel were very nice, the suite was AWESOME.
Not knowing the area, or how to get to the store, the lady at the front desk actually drove to walmart and got us medicine as her shift was over.
I have never had such customer service in my life.
The hotel is very clean, staff is awesome.
This hotel is great for traveling and staff is excellent.
Furthermore the staff is friendly, the TV is nice and big, the facility is well maintained.
Just great service, nice room and the pool was warm and clean.
