  Great hotel great pillows and wonderful staff. Good choice of tv channels and elegant and modern facility.

  The business centre was a nice touch, except internet access was terribly slow, food was expensive.

  Good enough for an overnight stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, the lovely barman on the Managers reception room was great too.

  The room had the best a/c in any hotel i have ever stayed at and bathrooms are kind of shabby and tight.

  Decor was nice too and modern, beds very comfortable, the room was large and newly renovated.

  Front desk check in was slow and our food went bad. Pool was dirty.

  Convenient location, we walked everywhere, the newlty renovated rooms in the West Tower were delightful and restaurants nearby were pretty good. Place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, bar was decent and carried cold Natty Bohs, the wireless was a breeze and FREE.

  The pool area was clean, the location was certainly a plus and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and gracious, the service there was great. High def tv was excellent and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

  The location is fairly good given the proximity to the convention center, nice, clean hotel located a short walk from Inner Harbor business district and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, the staff in the restaurant serve breakfast are fantastic.

  Secure parking available on the premises for a reasonable additional charge and good, clean hotel. Good price and staff is friendly. The rooms have comfortable beds and basic linens, the evening manager is fantastic and compassionate.
