It was fairly clean with fast and nice staff at the reception desk. The location was amazing and unbeatable, not far from the nearest metro station, Republic square, and the airport. Had lunch/dinner at Belvedere Grill Room, which I found at a short distance from the hotel.

The standard room was equipped with basic facilities, including central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe. The breakfasts were reasonable and amazing and the service was friendly.

Loved the way our good sized and extremely pleasant room in a good condition was arranged. The breakfast was reasonable with a great selection of excellent food on offer. The location was nice and ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Republic Square...

This hotel was useful base for exploring Almaty, loved it and property’s really helpful and very very helpful staff at the reception desk. The place had a contemporary atmosphere. The room was great-sized and extremely pleasant in a good condition, stayed here for 3 nights. The price was usd 39113.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I have to say that I was impressed. The location is perfect, close to lively stores and not too far from the city center. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk and prompt room service and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also provided a welcome drink which was a nice touch.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very polite staff, service is excellent! The room was clean, 30 tv channels, Wi-fi in the room.

Wi-fi is not free of charge, breakfast is not included. Usually in hotels of such type all is included.

The staff at the hotel were very accomadating and tried to help where they could.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. While it was a nice business hotel the facilities were limited and charging an additional $20 for internet when you already charge $325/night just seems like a money grab.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a wonderful area, just next door to the the Mountains and the airport and the Holiday Inn Almaty. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and everything was great. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was beautiful and quiet in a good condition. The breakfast was amazing and excellent, it consisted of bread, oatmeal, bakery, eggs, and sausages.
