The rooms were a nice size and had pleasant views. The bed was amazing, admirable service.

Functional and ideal venue, ideal location adjacent to specific areas, and the beer garden. Very amiable, efficient people working here. Tastefully decorated units with fresh towels.

The location was great for traveling around Leeds, so close to Leeds city centre which was 12 minutes by car away, buses that go direct, and highway intersection. We were offered sensational breakfast for the charge-four items. Greatly enjoyed our relaxing stay here, would return here.

The location was marvellous, close to highway intersection, it's a plus. Rooms were fairly quiet and compact and provided with a bath and shower.

Our room was practical and spotless with a nice view, TV plus night-pleasant front desk. The breakfast was excellent with tomatoes, the scrambled eggs plus bacon.

The hotel staff are attentive. The rooms are great value, the breakfast is nice hot and included.

It was trip and we would return there. The location was marvellous for exploring this local area, very close to roundabout and buses. Seafood restaurant G J's Finest was located 15 minutes walk away.

Good location far to soft everything else, very good facilities. So close to Leeds and Wakefield, the White Rose shopping Centre and highway intersection.

Noise and smells from the Toby Carvery kitchen next door, as well as staff smoking and loud voices. Inability to move to an alternative room as per request, resulting in a poor view and disturbances.

Overall a such wonderful stay for a business trip. Small hotel set in the nice area. New-fashioned units with sofa bed and courteous staff.

The hotel was fairly clean and in a marvellous location, the stuff where obliging. The continental breakfast was to die for.
