The stay was absolutely relaxing. Loved Hakone, the hotel was comfortable and incredibly beautiful very close to a bus line. The property's location was stunning, short walk to sightseeing around lake Ashi, a natural river, and the outdoor onsen for the family. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Tenseien. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a pleasant view. There was a large bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and towels. The staff was willing to help and recommended nearby attractions.

The location is amazing, to Hakone station. And it's close enough to the garden and the river, and beautiful mountains and a river.

Everything was perfect, so were scenic views of the lush green mountains. The location in a mountain stetting with beautiful views was particularly good and gorgeous. And it was also just next door to the river, the outdoor onsen on a crisp winter morning, and the garden and the river.

Last time we stopped we had a stunning, big room with a japanese style and a fantastic view, as example. The location was beautiful and unbeatable for exploring this very quite area, close enough to a nearby onsen, a ten minute walk away and the river bank and nature.

The hotel had a remote location in the beautiful hills of Hakone. The staff was willing to help and always smiling. My room was huge with a private bathroom.

Also, location was good and gorgeous, at a medium distance from Onsen. The hotel itself was in a modern area, so close to the mountains of japan and the onsen located at the river. They gave us an absolutely stunning room with tatami mat and bathroom and beautiful view.
