  This hotel is very central, rooms are very clean and globally service is good. The reason was simple ; windows of my room were not properly closing and i could share the noise of the street. I called the reception and suddenly, the same person who perfectly did my checking in english didn t understand my request (simply get another room as the hotel was not full).

  I think about that is that customer service is a taff job for hotel and there can be multiple reasons for a custo;er to complain (sometime for little reaons).

  I only stayed here thinking my flight would be late and I'd miss the last bus to head to Sosua for my next hotel near the beach. The included buffet-style breakfast along with an omlette-making station was very nice. The restaurant on the 6th floor gave nice views. I could hear near everything being said in rooms next to mine. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. My 6th floor room didn't have a balcony nor opening windows though I noticed and include here a picture of the lower floors with balconies.

  The minibar is provided with a list of prices in case you wish to consume something. They also give you 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and a free car wash.

• I am not a very picky or critical person, but I thought the room and the service was good. On the PLUS side, the service was good and they usaully have an employee at the front desk who speaks very good English. The restaurant/bar staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent, and the menu had some very good dishes.
