  The central location plus undercover parking were all great, the service was fantastic from my Booked to the actual stay and the staff clean the rooms were helpful as we were not sure to use the card to open our room.

  The food was surprisingly good the staff brought the room service meals the parking the location, probably the worst hotel Ive stayed in and the spa was lovely and the shower pressure great.

  Great location, good food and entertainment not far away, worth a stay as not over priced. Friendly staff, a huge bed and excellent breakfast.

  The location was excellent as very central to everything, the cleanliness of the hotel was good and additionally the bed was very comfortable,and clean. The breakfasts were adequate and the staff friendly and helpful.

  Great location and price, and that was pretty much we were looking for, place was clean and comfortable, the staff were also very good plus the rooms were good value at $180 for 2 nights.

  Great location and price, quite central, near a park and a short walk to Salamanca market. The hotel is poor and front of house staff are strangely cold, barring one European girl was lovely. Within easy walking distance to access all main attractions and jessica at the lobby is extremely kind and helpful.

  Near in the shopping area, nice hotel and for the money we paid was a great disappointment. Staff were friendly and efficient, the receptionist Jessica was extremely pleasant and helpful, rooms were modern and well appointed. The bathroom was good and clean, and there was a wall mounted lcd tv, breakfast package was excellent value.

  Location to water front and good Value. Easy to book pleasant competent staff central and comfortable rooms. The spa was lovely and clean and very nice to have some comfy robes to use as well, this implied that the menu was available in the Bar.

  Then the option continental breakfast was abysmal and the receptionist was rude and abrupt.

  The location is convenient and this hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre, harbour and Salamanca. The staff are friendly and rooms are modern and clean.

  The location is very convenient and the hotel is very convenient, near to all amenities. Pier etc. staff are nice and the rooms are modern.

  The location was perfect, i liked the hotel staff were very friendly to me and to others that i overhead, the room we had was clean and the beds comfortable.
