We enjoyed being there and can't wait to come back. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly attentive and amazingly attentive. The location of this beautifully kept hotel was beautiful, in the maze of spa corridors. The Michelin-starred restaurant and salad bar were also available.

Luxurious and functional place all in all, has absolutely courteous staff who told me she 'd speak to a manager. It boasts stunning remote location and large room. Also, it's 2 km from Jacksons Bank.

Its rooms are immaculately clean and exquisite for a really nice stay for 2 nights on a business trip. The salad bar is amazing, truly enjoyed this place. I would recommend to stay here.

I would definitely recommend, handy base for a wedding celebration. The staff is friendly attentive here, the services are exceptional, and location is incredible very close to the Ballroom restaurant, the beautiful rear garden, comfy bed, very clean, staff very friendly, very nice spa area, nice bar and restaurants, posh place, beautiful church and neighbourhood, and beautiful main areas.

The hotel was fabulous and pleasant with superfriendly people who told me she 'd speak to a manager. My room was immaculately clean and updated for a clean 338 again.

The units are updated, neat with different atmosphere in both.

The breakfast selection here is excellent with a variety of hot and delicious options, including soup and gluten-free bread, and the staff is hard-working, professional, and responsive, making this a magnificent location.

Everything there was second to none. Spotless and wonderfully decorated room, big bathroom with jacuzzi. Exceptionally comfortable beds and incredible service. Great and brilliant location in all areas in particular and completely clean area. My favourite property in Newborough.

The hotel was immaculately clean and had stunning facilities. It had a particularly good location close to beautiful main areas. The main restaurant looked stunning and the maintained gardens had a sparkling glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The room had an enormous TV and luxury bathroom toiletries. It was also great to have complimentary drinks in the salad bar.

This hotel was right place for exploring Burton-upon-Trent, liked it.

Enjoyed Derby, the hotel was luxurious on everything being prepaid. The units were wonderfully decorated and the staff were very attentive people with excellent customer service. The location was amazing - close enough to the casual restaurant, Wolverhampton and the maintained gardens. Also, Church of All Saints was 3 km away. The Michelin-starred restaurant food was outstanding.

We had dinner at a great restaurant with good amenities like a TV, a cozy lounge, and comfortable seating. 🍽️
