The location is perfect, right across from the train station, close to many local restaurants and the Nelson Museum.

A hot shower after a long 10 hour drive from the park and the location is perfect.

The Jr suites are very nice, and the presidential suite is (wow) but the double bed single rooms are pretty small.

The room we had was large and comfortable with a sitting area of 2 chairs, also a sofa, a desk with stained glass lamp, and a king sized bed.

I, too, got the bed & breakfast package through their website and was very pleased with the large, comfortable room and delicious breakfasts.

My husband and I stayed there two years ago in a room with a queen bed, it was also very nice.

Staff is quite nice, lobby beautiful, onsite restaurant was awful both food and service; we had breakfast there and the service was painfully slow, nice people but understaffed, and the food was cold.

We ate breakfast at the restaurant - I had the eggs benedict, which came in a sauce I can only describe as "mustard gravy" - not like any hollandaise sauce I'd ever tasted, and not in a good way.

I wanted a hotel with a convenient downtown location, restaurant & bar.

Comfortable room, well only has one tiny elevator and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Coffee shop were charming, hotel staff were courteous and the service was great.

We ate in the grill and it was fine, service a little slow, but I think that was our waiter, the other server was faster with her tables.

Moreover beautiful lobby and staff was wonderful.

The people at the reception desk are very nice and they are also the ones who drive the shuttle to the parking lot.

Parking is at a distance, but the hotel shuttle was courteous & efficient.

Parking is a challenge as you have to circle the property several times until you find a parking spot, but apparantly they have some shuttle service to a nearby lot, although we didnt know that until we actually checked in to the hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean.
