The hotel had a unique design and was clean. The room was nicely decorated, pet-friendly, and had access to a nearby balcony. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and responded promptly to requests. The location was historic, very close to Cary House, and there were great restaurants and fun shops nearby, including an outlet. I also had easy access to Bell Tower.
