The decoration in the hotel's general areas is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is so elegant, with the polished marble floors and the traditional wood paneling. It feels like stepping into a luxurious and sophisticated space. The large terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols is perfect for seniors like me to relax and soak up the warm Mallorcan sun. The hotel's accessibility for senior people is also great, with ramps and elevators to make it easy to navigate around the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were a bit too busy and didn't give us as much attention as we would have liked.

Convenient location close to local shops & restaurants. The 24-hour reception desk was extremely helpful, providing us with maps and suggestions of local bars. There was also a great selection of breakfast foods and unlimited drink refills.

The room was outdated, and the air conditioning was not effective. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear our neighbors clearly.

Enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the bars, as we could easily access them. The food was decent and there were plenty of options to choose from. liked the availability of sun beds and the fact that we did not have to struggle to get one.

We were disappointed that the hotel appeared to cater only to a specific nationality. We felt out of place as there were hardly any guests from our own country.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mallorca. The staff at Hipotels were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the night manager to the restaurant and pool staff. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy, with daily housekeeping. I loved the big balcony with a clothes dryer, and the fridge and air conditioning were perfect. The pool area was always clean, with scrubbed pools and sun loungers. The chill music by the pool created a relaxing atmosphere, and the aqua aerobics was great. The kids pool was just the right size for my 3-year-old son. The food selection at the restaurant was amazing, with pancakes for breakfast, fancy starters, and typical burgers, chicken fillets, fries. Gala nights and smoothies added to the great experience. it was a very well-run hotel.

Personally, I didn't find much enjoyment in the wake-up service. Others might appreciate it, but I prefer waking up naturally.

EXCELLENT location with beach, bus to Palma, and shopping street within steps. Food was superb with a wide variety of choices. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff who even sent our forgotten ID cards to the airport. Lovely pool area and spacious room. Great for solo travelers. Hotel was what we expected and staff were polite and helpful.
