Had a very enjoyable 2 weeks in sa coma. The apartments were spacious and clean. There were plenty of sun loungers and if you were not too fussy where you wanted to sunbathe you could get a lounger at anytime of the day. We were half board, the dining room and service was excellent although by the second week i found the food repetitve. The location of the hotel is excellent although on arrival we were told we would need to spend a night at another Hipotel in sa coma that a room wouldn't be available till lunch time the following day, this was inconvienant and at the time we were not happy - the reception staff got us a taxi to the coma gran hotel. The coma gran were not pleased and the room they gave us for the night were chairs made into pull out beds it was an argument to get dinner and breakfast although we were half board - it was a relief to get back to the Paraiso apartments, there was no apology for the inconvienance but they did have compensation waiting for us, 85 euros to be spent in the hotel bar. The over booking of rooms was happening on a daily basis and seemed a bit disorganised with people sitting about waiting for rooms. Apart from the bad start we had a really good holiday and we would like to return to the Paraiso aparthotel.

apartments were lovely and clean at all times. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was of an excellent standard for a 3 star hotel. Pool area was lovely - a little small for the amount of people with young children who would want to be near the pool to keep an eye on them. However, there is a much larger terraced area behind the pool which is lovely and quite where those who want a bit more privicy can sit. Never a problem getting a sun lounger. People did put towels out very early in the morning but I think that would have been for the same reason as us - to be near the pool in order to supervise two young children. over all this is a great family hotel.
there is no wi-fi free or otherwise. There are two computers in the reception area that can be used to log onto for a small fee howver they seemed to be occupied a lot by teenagers catching up with life on facebook!

Rooms are well cleaned and beach is close by.
Booked through Booked.net where its states that there is free wired internet. That is not true, there is no possibility whatsoever to hook up your own computer which was a big inconvenience for me:(
