Pros: Great location and hotel food was very good.

A great location and hotel shuttle service was prompt and efficient.

The location - near the countryside and basically a good business hotel.

I had some extra time so took the free shuttle to the train station right in the airport- to go into the middle of Zurich- cost CHF $12 round trip and goes right into the shopping district with music in the square and all.

Lastly, the hotel shuttle van linked us to the airport train station, thus moving in and out of Zurich was convenient.

Whirlpool tub & candles in the bathroom, very modern maple furniture.

Fairly stylish for an airport hotel, staff helpful and pleasant, apparently not the most comfortable bed.

The bed was firm but comfortable, with a large comforter.

I was upgraded to a delux room, which is one of the most modern & impressive rooms I have been in.

Two stars for the room on the 4th floor, 4 stars for the exec rooms - average of 3 stars.

The bar/lounge/restaurant has a fantastic view of the airport from up on a hill.

Very modern maple furniture, the bar/lounge had a lively nightlife and dinner in restaurant was very good.

The World Cup games were being broadcast in the bar and it was rather rowdy there, though we could have also eaten from the restaurant menu in the bar area.

We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, even though we only wanted a very light meal.

I would highly recommend the hotel for its proximity to the airport, convenient airport shuttle service, and accomodating staff.

The staff were friendly and excellent, concierge floor was well worth the extra expense.

I was pleased with the welcome I got at reception, and the room I was allocated was good, but there was no remote control and no room service menu in the room (I got there late so I was planning on using the room service).

Good service in executive launge and the employee was very cheerful and welcoming.

Hotel is neat, the views from the lobby windows can be quite spectacular in the mornings and vacationing using business incurred miles is always great.

I came from a long flight and the shuttle was on time, so I came from the gate in 5 minutes to the hotel.

If you are not lucky with the weather there is also a small gym in the hotel but a walk through the woods is well worth the effort.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet line-up can get really bad as well.

Furthermore the room was clean and food was great.
