And taxis are always coming to the hotel, plus there are Hilton taxis for a larger price.

Hotel location is reasonably close to main business area; it is obvious that this neighborhood is in transition.

Don't be fooled by all those "central business district location" "centrally located" etc, slogans.

I liked the location - only 10 minutes walk for good shopping (40 minutes walk to this beautiful Łazienki Park and a little bit less to the Old Town).

Hotel provides Hilton taxis which cost twice the rate of the city taxis for trips to the airport (50 Zlotys vs.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the Presidential Palace/Historical Centre, a nice and un-complicated walk, even as a single female never had a problem with it, or alternatively just a 3 minute hop by taxi - which costs only around 3,00 Euro for the ride - taxis are incredibly cheap!

The rooms are stunning, with plasma TV, heathed floor bathroom.

Great, spacious room, huge bathroom, super quick lifts with TV!

Like the bed is facing the windows and the working area is behind the bed (which I really liked!

2nd flat TV, lots of storage, and then there is the bathroom, it was bigger then some hotel rooms I have been in.

The bed was heavenly and the little sofa comfortable to sit on.

Great food at the restaurant and lobby bar and not pricey at all!

The breakfast is the standard Hitlon breakfast with a ton of food and the other food in the bar area was good as well.

Possibly because the waitresses were too busy shutting down the restaurant, although breakfast was still on for another 1/2 hour.

ALSO the ex lounge had the best "finger" food at night, very large OPEN bar.

The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful in assisting us to choose our meal from an impressive menu.

Every member of staff was very helpful, particularly on reception.

We stayed here very recently and were most impressed by the premises and staff.

Tthe staff were efficient, polite and embarrasingly fluent in English!

The staff gave me the best welcome I have ever had.

Excellent spa and pool, magnifiscent fittness room!

Also the swimming pool, spa and the jacuzi's are superb.

Fantastic health care center and high class hotel. Moreover fast elevators is good living on the 20 floor.

Rooms are not to comfortable and the children up to 16th are allowed to use swimming pool during weekend only between 1.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the Presidential Palace/Historical Centre, a nice and un-complicated walk, even as a single female never had a problem with it, or alternatively just a 3 minute hop by taxi - which costs only around 3,00 Euro for the ride - taxis are incredibly cheap! And bring your workout/swim gear, the hotel has a fantastic spa&club - a huge "Holmes Place", amazing!
