The location is excellent, very close to everything worth seeing in Vienna and the metro is at your doorstep.
Stay here for the location, comfort, and breakfast buffet, but I wouldnt recommed using the spa.
Convenient location and good value for money.
The hotel is situated between two underground stations and is only about 50 yards away from a tram station which is very useful!
What we really enjoyed was the closeness to two subway stations and the tram and buses right in front of the hotel.
The room was big and the bed comfortable enough, but it wasn't anything spectacular and if it wasn't for its large size you'd be hard pressed to tell it from a standard 3 star offering.
The bathrooms were very clean and ornate with marble bath tubs as well.
Room was spacious, bed was a bit hard, service was top notch.
They have marble bathrooms with the toilet in an extra room.
Room: quite spacious, but it looked as it would need a refurbishment (the wallpaper was hanging in one corner, the bathroom was not very clean), the furniture looked quite old and painted in a depressing black.
Unfortunately, the bar and the restaurant were under construction, so the restaurant was moved to the breakfast room and the breakfast was served in a conference room.
The only spot was the terrible breakfast service, probably due to the closure of the restaurant for the summer.
The Plaza restaurant serves up delicous food, I liked the way you could order classic Austrian dishes.
I would like to give a special thank you to Judy at Breakfast she was so very helpful, I can't eat wheat or gluten so Judy went and got me some rye bread which was very kind of her so thank you!
The location is excellent, the Schottentor U-bahn station is right around the corner from the entrance to the hotel and its only a short walk to the restaurants, bars and shops near Stephansplatz.
Excellent service by the FIlipino Concierge --- Mr, big rooms and especialy we were pleased by the well trained employee from the restaurant.
Good staff and service, good breakfast and decent rooms.
Service was great although concierge service was only so-so.

I usually dont stay in huge hotel chains when traveling but I wanted some of the big hotel amenities (spa, free shampoos.
They had knowledge of the tram and bus routes, as well as tickets available in the lobby for the transit systems.
The hotel is a relatively new building and as you enter the lobby it is quite impressive.
