Prices reasonable for a hotel and very friendly staff.
Located quite close to central Vancouver, the best thing about this hotel is its location and the front desk people are nice.
The location is perfect and since the hotel is located nowhere near touristic areas.
Located in the Vancouver suburb or Burnaby is one of the best maintained, the hotel is in a great location and the service is excellent.
The underground parking was convenient, the view was great and the hotel was perfectly clean.
Underground parking was free and across the street was a urgent care clinic was very convenient.
Comfortable bed, nice fluffy pillows and the large shopping complex has several food options.
But the wonderful sleep on that amazing bed.
Service was excellent, check-out were very fast and the room itself had simple.
Beds were comfy, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
While the room rates were good, the restaurant prices and menu options weren't practical for people traveling with children.
The bar staff was very helpful and friendly, restaurant food was not bad at all.
Elegant bar, fast food and the wine list is good.
Also bathrooms were clean, breakfast was great delicious food.
In addition wired high speed internet and the front desk comp us a free breakfast.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the outdoor pool was clean and warm.
The view from our room was fabulous, the place was well ventilated and front desk staff was extremely helpful.
Good decoration inside the room, helpful staff and the free internet by reception was usefull.
