The location was safe to walk to the stores and not far from the Sky Train.

The location is good, the area near the hotel is business residential and the staff is generally pleasant and helpful.

The free bus from the airport was efficient and the phone agent was very helpful in getting me into the hotel.

A relatively nice view should you be looking at north or west and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport every 1/2 hour.

The staff are helpful and friendly, bed is comfy.

Bed was very comfortable and continental breakfast complimentary due to Gold Status was OK.

The bed comfortable after long days of sightseeing, nice stay and received a pretty good rate.

Room had a reasonable workspace with desk and chair and a very large lounge chair by the windows.

A very good airport hotel, nice staff and complimentary coffee in the room.

Breakfast in hotel restaurant was very good as was the service, front desk person was very helpful and nice, the rooms were clean and spacious.

Convenient for the airport and great pub nearby called Foggy Dew for a beer/bar meals.

Hotel food services was excellent was somewhat overpriced, the staff was very helpful and check-in by the receptionist was quick at the reception desk.

Moreover friendly service, very clean room and the continental breakfast is $13.

Convenient for the airport and great pub nearby called Foggy Dew for a beer/bar meals. Hotel food services was excellent was somewhat overpriced, the staff was very helpful and check-in by the receptionist was quick at the reception desk. Bed was very comfortable and continental breakfast complimentary due to Gold Status was OK.

Good airport shuttle service and the hotel itself is wonderful. Staff are friendly, the rooms are always spotless and restaurant new menu is excellent. The fact that has an outdoor pool is closed seasonally.

A less cramped area would be nice, the cost of parking in downtown Vancouver is a bit high and staff couldnt have been better. Hot tub is great.

Lots of services are a short driving distance away and the likes charge for this ridiculously expensive fees. The pool seemed small so we didn't use this much.
