  We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was very nice with all the amenities. It's a newer hotel, built around 2000 or 2001 and they are upgrading all the rooms this summer (plasma tvs, those kinds of things). Our king size bedroom had a desk, tv, bedside tables, comfy chair, and ottoman. It was roomy and the bathroom was well stocked with supplies.

  The lobby is impressive and the gator memorablia they had on display is fun to look at.

  That being said we did not hear any noise once in our room. The beds are great - rather small TV's- but I hear they are upgrading. Breakfast was very good - omelet station, lots of fruit, decent selection of pastries, cereals and turkey & lox. I did not use the outdoor pool but the pool and area were big-to-medium and also kept clean. Very Good Breakfast-Free Wired internet-Decent Fitness Center.

  Free wired internet and free hot buffet breakfast for Hilton Gold members. Fitness center had free weights, a few treadmills and a crosstrainer as well as a few weight machines.

  I stayed here as part of a road trip because it was pet friendly and I am a Gold member (never recognized as such). The room was OK-- I have noticed that HIltons in general do not have great attention to detail in their rooms. However, the bed was super comfy and the hotel was quiet. I think the carpet had just been cleaned because there was a strong chemical smell in the room and the carpet was slightly damp. I would probably stay here again though as it had a comfortable bed with quiet rooms.

  The bathroom definitely is ready for a remodel- old fixtures, weak water pressure, dirty grout on the floors. When I arrived, the front desk was terribly disorganized, taking forever to check people in, and actually acted disappointed that I had a pet, and then caused the people behind me to wait while she rummaged around the mess at her area to find a pet form.

  Overall – hotel staff very friendly and accommodating! Great location – lots to do, good places to eat, not too far from the interstate. Beautiful lobby and rooms both – very nice bathroom, clean/modern. Bed was extremely comfortable – room was furnished very nicely. Nice giftshop and restaurant – I would definitely recommend this hotel.

• I had just being staying at a huge conference hotel in Disney which was like a railway station with staff that were not helpful and no one recognised you a second time so full marks to the staff at the Hilton.

  Rooms are a little dated, and not quite as clean as they once were, service is iffy.

  There's a cheap feel to the bathroom, and only coffee is complimentary.

  I kept finding hairs around the room- in the bathroom, bedroom, and even on my bed. There was also leftover tabs/ post-its from previous occupants left around the room.
