  Our fourth stay at this lovely hotel and a welcome, excellent service. I frequently tried the food freshly available from the grill, great wine, great hospitality.

  Excellent location for trips, nice clean beach and the variety of food available to the hotel guests was amazing. The staff were great and our room was always well cleaned. Ahmed and ahmed in the rainbow bar were particularly brilliant, the other restaurants were also fabulous.

  Each room has a sea view and is spacious enough to accommodate two double beds, nelson village is fantastic. The hotel is clean, all the staff are brilliant and fresh fruit and a big bottle of water replenished daily. Bars are bit outdated, quiet tired here and there, the fish and corals are out of this world and well worth a look, the food is not bad , each night having a different variety for dinner. The pool is also large and cleaned every few days.

  The sea view was just perfect and beach was nice. The hotels short comings made up for by wonderful staff and all the reception people were very friendly and most of all helpful. Our room was very clean, big Ahmed and little Ahmed in the Rainbow Bar were lovely, the food in the restaurant was good and there a lot of things to choose.

  The pool area was kept very clean and azzam looked after us again, the beach was amazing. The hotel itself was nice, all the staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough, 5* service all the way, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The food was reasonable, the waiters were always very on the ball and very helpful, certainly the restaraunts, especially the Egyptian one was fantastic.

  We upgraded to nelson village was, in our view, well worth and near the beach. A superb place for relaxation and fantastic staff. The water is unbelievably clear, bar are great and the food in the Nelson is fabulous as is Marhaba restaurant.

  Good location, beautiful rooms, excellent food, great sea and swimming pools, lovely place for a nice relaxing week. Really friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and the various restaurants also giving you another choice. Attentive waiters.
