The hotel was well-appointed and wonderful. It had excellent staff with the manager. The location was perfect, at a medium distance from Arizona Opera Center. The property was a wonderful base for enjoying a fairly nice area. I appreciated that the hotel was a 20-minute drive from the airport.

The spot is great, close to awesome restaurants, fun stuff to do, and useful services, plus it's near the airport. 🎉 My room had a nice flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and they also had a microwave and a fridge in there.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. My room on the 11th floor had breathtaking city views and the floor-to-ceiling windows added a touch of elegance. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and I appreciated that the toilet was tucked away for privacy. I also liked having a balcony in the living room, it was a nice bonus. The breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, were a great way to start the day. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
I did notice that the "bar" area in the room was not as clean as I would have liked and the breakfast could use some improvement, especially the coffee options. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had a positive stay.
