Hilton Springfield - 斯普林菲尔德

The location of our room was next to the elevator which was somewhat noisy at night, but we adjusted.

The Hilton in Springfield is the best deal in town and the location is excellent - all Lincoln destinations within a couple of blocks.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to stay at this hotel because the location is unbeatable.

The people at the information/bell hop station were VERY friendly and offered directions and tips for getting around the city.

We were there to see one of the bands playing in Jazz central station.

I was assigned to a clean, well furnished room on a high floor with all the amenities you would expect, including coffeemaker, TV, two phones, free wired internet, full toiletries, and two queen beds.

2 phones in each room with 2 phone lines,you didn't have to pay for the calls to other rooms and you could get wake up call for free.

Bathrooms tend to be small and cramped, the lighting is fairly dim, and not all the rooms have climate control that functions very well.

Our room on the 22nd floor had the PERFECT view, beds were good quality and the staff was friendly.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was nice the bathroom.

We had room service one night (most area restaurants close midafternoon and early evening) and ate at the hotel restaurant the other night - both fine.

Restaurant at the top floor have long closed and the free breakfast mix up.

The breakfast was so/so, but better than the standard continental breakfasts.

The restaurant and bar on the top floor was amazing - The bar picks up later at night since there open til 3am but never noticed the restaraunt to be all that busy which was a little surprising to me.

Next, there is no Jazz Martini Bar and Italian Restaurant on the 30th floor as stated on the website.

Great front desk staff the minute you walk in.

Reception were lovely and room service was fresh.

Poor wireless Internet and TV signal and channel selection, no jacuzzi or sauna, heating the room was a random hit or miss with the thermostat.

The pool and fitness center were both nice.

The lobby is cramped, with the elevator shafts in the center taking up a lot of room; this makes for unclear sight lines and traffic flow lines, and makes the check-in area somewhat congested.

We never felt afraid on their property, enjoyed the free wireless internet.

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were good.

Some hotels use cheap coffee, the room appeared to be clean.

The room had a great city view and this hotel was clean.
