Its also in a good location, not far from Cheesy Naam bay.

I enjoyed the location of the resort and the weather was perfect.

Ideal location, just far enough from Naama bay.

Taxis – on arrival taxis can be found at the front of the airport.

Warning - Taxis from the airport to the Waterfall's should cost 40 LE not 40 $ as we were charged.

The rooms are lovely, airy and bright with a mini bar / TV telephone and a big king size bed.

Room very large, king size bed very comfortable, bathroom good size and nice powerful shower.

So we took him around the room pointing out the hairs in the bed, something that looked like blood dripped down the side of the bed, poo stains in the toilet, the dirty sink etc etc etc it was Stinking!

I wouldn't quite agree it's 5* rooms but the bed was huge, the air con was great and so clean and tidy, a massive plus was this is one of very few hotels you can actually flush the loo roll too.

Our room was spacious and spotless and we had wonderful towel origami on our bed every day!

Where we have stayed before you were able to eat in the main dining hall, drink from any bar and eat in the a la carte restaurants ( on a special menu) at least once a week for each restaurant.

The hotel has the main buffet restaurant where you eat breakfast and the AI guests eat dinner, an Italian, a Lebanese, a Mexican bar/restaurant and a seashore restaurant.

We only ate breakfast in the main restaurant, although as you have to pass through the restuarant to go to reception, (which put me off eating in there anyway), you were able to see the food which looked and smelt pretty basic.

Shuttle bus into Naama Bay very convenient and eating out in Naama Bay an enjoyable experience - Camel Bar good fun and open-air restaurants fine, no trouble from the food etc.

We ate at all the hotels restaurants and found the food excellent for reasonable prices – and unlike breakfast you don’t have to compete with determined Russians as they are all on Inclusive deals.

The service is exceptional and the staff make you feel really pampered - waiters even come round to your sun lounger to offer you food and drink!

The staff are friendly, however their service is worse than slow, it is awful.

Breakfast had everything anyone could want, service excellent with a smile infact all the staff in this hotel were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

The hotel is huge, it has a really unique lift, which travels sideways, which takes you from the lobby, right down to the pool side, as the hotel is quite slanted and there are lots of stairs if you chose to walk to the bottom instead.

Then there is another pool at the health spa, which is heated.

However, the water in the pools is cold so for any prolonged floating the spa pool was the best place for it.

I got led away and put in a private car then driven at high speed 6 inches behind the car in front!

The room itself was spotless and comfortable.

The room we had (1411) was huge, spotlessly clean with a great seaview.

Room was clean, a small tip every day guaranteed extra coffee and wee pressies.

The hotel is very clean and we were continually being asked if everything was ok with our room.

The hotel is very clean and the seaview rooms are worth paying that bit extra for as the views of the sea and the pool area are very nice when you open your patio doors on a morning.
