Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Kyushu living Square. Approximately 10 minutes' drive from airport. Beautifully decorated rooms provided with great climate control, bath, spacious bathrooms. Very very good breakfast with Japanese options and free-flow draught Budweiser beer on tap and salads.

Not so good staff!

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing EXCELLENT service with a smile. The Night Manager went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities were world-class, with spacious and modern rooms that were impeccably clean. The executive lounge provided a peaceful retreat, and the attentive staff, especially Ben, served amazing coffee. The reception and breakfast room staff were friendly and eager to please. The location was quiet and convenient, with great food options nearby. a jaw-dropping experience that exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was nice hot with Japanese options, salads, free-flow draught Budweiser beer on tap, and also the staff were all POLITE. Liked a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge in the room. Location: the hotel was short walk to Metro or Train in Shanghai, and the main restaurant.

Appreciated the hotel, it is gorgeous and clean, has perfect and magnificent location by the airport. The personal was excellent and extremely friendly. Location: the property was short walk to Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, and Tower 3 due to an accommadation miscommunication. Dined at Las Tapas, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. The service was all in all superb. We didn't feel like leaving, totally recommend.

Located in a quiet yet still convenient neighborhood, this hotel is ideal for those traveling through the nearby Hongqiao railway station. Taxis are readily available and it's easy to access the high-speed train. The rooms are clean and modern, with well-appointed furnishings and a spacious layout. There is a nice view from the big window in the bathroom, allowing for natural sunlight. The hotel also offers prompt service and delivers ice and extra drinking water upon request.

The breakfast options could be improved.

The executive lounge was a highlight, with great amenities and attentive staff. The hotel's location near the foreigners' street made it convenient for dining options. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Shanghai. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the waiting area in the lobby was exceptionally comforting. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport and financial district was very convenient.

The location of the hotel was not central, and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. the pool had some unnecessary rules that detracted from the enjoyment.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Shanghai for three nights during my business trip. The hotel offered a delicious variety of breakfast options, including French Toast and pancakes with maple syrup and Nutella sauces. The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and within walking distance of foreigners street. The executive lounge offered a fantastic afternoon tea with delicious cookies. The pool was excellent and the upgraded gym was impressive.
