The hotel is located in a great location and is only a few minutes walk from the main shopping area of Santa Fe.

Cons: some rooms are in severe need of renovation, some of the renovated rooms have problems, breakfast restaurant not very good, must pay for parking.

Great location, pleasant in making our stay enjoyable and the concierge staff was also very helpful as were the bell men.

I have found the front desk staff to be very friendly and accomodating.

It has a great location within easy walking distance of the plaza coupled with all of the amenities you would expect from a Hilton, including nice pool/hot tub, wireless internet, easy parking, etc.

Unfortunately the hotel is run poorly, not everything works (pool, remote control, hot tub, gym equipment.

In fact, when I asked the front desk if there was parking in the neighboring hotel where there was a tiny pool we could use.

Wireless internet works well with only occasional glitches.

I finally piggybacked onto the hotel's business wireless system, which was slow and which I insisted on not paying for).
