  Location good as we came to ucsc event location pretty nice area no complaints about the room and food and service were better than expected for hotel dining. Staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were even comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

  The staff were pleasant and the restaurant/bar area was attractive, i booked a suite at the hotel for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The room was very nice, breakfast was really good.

  Convenient for the San Jose airport, great Hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, the restaurant was really excellent and had a good selection of choices.

  All the rooms above the 2nd level had a nice view of the redwoods and the staff were always willing to answer questions and make recommendations for places to go. Bedroom was large, well furnished, clean.

  The pool was a big draw and the area was clean and regularly tidied, this hotel was one of the better ones, staff members were courteous and friendly. My room was beautiful, i stayed in a suite for the weekend and was gorgeous.

  Location was good and i appreciated the quiet, i am picky comes to hotels and this one was spotlessly clean, the staff were attentive and kind. The room had a flat screen tv and a nice dataport facility at the desk.

  The grounds and pool area were very nice and seemed well maintained, bed was extremely comfortable, linens were fresh and of good quality, staff were beyond friendly and courteous. The rooms were large and very clean.
