Hilton San Jose & Towers - 聖荷西

Overall the San Jose Hilton Tower is an excellent hotel and a great location in downtown San Jose plus it is next to the Convention Center.

For great Italian food nearby and good location.

Hotel had good location right next to convention center and the front desk folks were very polite.

The light-rail trams run right in front of the hotel so you can jump on and go anywhere in the city, including the SJ-Diridon CalTrain Station (for day trips to San Francisco, etc).

I did notice this until I returned at the airport.

The room was okay, older and was never cleaned while I stayed there--I think the maid just made the bed and tossed some towels in the bathroom!

The room was clean, furniture was in good repair, the bed comfortable, the airconditioning quiet and efficient, and even the window opened (though be warned, you're right under the approach path into SJC here)!

We had a king room and it was large; the bed was firm and comfortable; there were nice feather pillows.

Now, once I got past the rumpled bed my first night, the room itself was FABULOUS.

Very nice bed linen, we used most of the towels to dry up and as well as numerous fine restaurants.

Large and clean room, we shared a nice breakfast in the bar/lounge.

Also the staff at the restaurant during breakfast were very cheerful.

Only a small shop on the first floor, again unlike the Fairmont which has multiple shops and restaurants.

Tastefully appointed room and pretty good bar-food.

The food at the reunion luncheon was wonderful - the bar service great.

Helpful staff throughout the hotel and the service was wonderful.

The maid service was OK but they never replenished the shampoos etc, so after running out of various things I had to hunt down the cleaning staff to get some new ones.

The staff was hit-or-miss; some provided excellent service while others were quite curt and unhelpful.

There is a small gym, a tiny splashing pool, and a decent sized hot tub on a terrace on the 3rd floor.

The pool was a little bit on the small side, but it wasn't really a problem, because most of the time we were the only people there.

Self-parking is available for those of you who can't stand valet, at $14 per day with unlimited in-out priviledges, though the route down to the carpark is a bit odd and hidden away (it's not off the main foyer).

I had a corporate rate of $99 which included high-speed internet access.

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

This Hotel Hilton is very good at customer service and because the room is clean.

Room was very clean and the restaurant was very good.

The hotel was clean, well appointed, and the room was nice.

Room was spacious, quiet, and clean everyday.
