Avoid this hotel unless you have no desire to receive a good value for the money you pay.
The location -5 minutes from the airport was great, the hotel was very convenient and the staff was very nice.
We choose this hotel due to the central location.
The location was a bit tricky as far as the highway and construction, but not a deal breaker.
Stayed here one night because it was near the airport.
The HIlton San Antonio AIrport is well located and the hotel is nice.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel except when we arrived we found out our room only had one full bed for 4 people and since we went through Booked.net that was the best they could do.
Room was large and the bed was comfortable.
The Bed was their Serenity Bed and was certainly comfortable, as is any of the chains that had upgraded their bedding, such is the current fashion.
It had a new countertop & toilet, but the tub/shower combo was old with poor water pressure.
Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable.
We spent a lot of time finding local restaurants to eat our breakfasts and dinners at.

The dining room and sports bar had pool tables and the food was great.
In addition the best beds ever, bar food very tasty and nice little pool.
Furthermore very consistent good service at front desk and they had rooms available for our Spring Break vacation.
My main praise was for the 5 star service that literally every staff member gave me.
From the front desk to anyone I passed in the hall or elevator, EVERY staff member was courteous and outgoing.
Additionally lobby was beautiful, staff was attentive and pool hot tub sauna were all perfect.
The only negative was the long walk from the parking garage to the hotel lobby.
The gym was pretty nice the pool was disappointing.
Another nice touch was the free wireless Internet Access, for which we were given a logon.
The staff was excellent, the hotel very clean and love the beds.
