The staff were nice and beds were decent. Hot food and there were a lot of us, the Spencer's menu was great to order from as well.

Location was perfect, hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the worst service I witnessed was from the Executive Lounge attendant. Room was well maintained and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet in trofi on the ground floor was pretty good.

I loved everything about the lobby and great atmosphere. Very nice, good service and every employee I met was very nice. Rooms were very comfortable and the food from Spencer's was delicious.
