At very reasonable prices, nice hotel and the staff was very courteous and polite.
The view of the Carillon was nice and the hotel was a little on the high price.
4* drinks and cocktails at 2* prices overall very very lovely hotel and staff and we will definately return.
The hotel was a little on the high price, but was actually cheaper than rooms in other hotels right in St.
The location is perfect - is centrally located to any of the three cities and this hotel is convienient to Tampa as well as Clearwater/St.
Great location if you want to see all the "Bay Area".
The location is about half way between the Gulf beaches and Tampa ( we visited Busch Gardens and the excellent Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa ), which was perfect for us since we spent some time in both.
The free shuttle bus to the airport with a friendly driver was my final positive impression!
About 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
The guest rooms are large, comfortable, and well-equipped; each room has a pleasant view and many have balconies.
Our King Bed room was nice sized and faced east from a high floor so we had a GREAT view from our balcony of a small landscaped lake next to the hotel and further onto Tampa Bay and even the skyline of Tampa in the distance.
Room was well appointed and comfortable, spacious, with great bed/comforter, and free internet (wired and wireless).
Comfortable bed, a nice digital flat LCD TV worked very good.
Room included shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, lotion, iron and board, hair dryer, and lovely cotton terry robes.
Breakfast in their restaurant was a quite nice buffet, a good value at about $10.
The food in the restaurant down stairs was also very good.
Room was very clean, the breakfast buffet were all excellent and colleen- the young lady host in the Lounge - was extremely hospitable.
They also have a breakfast buffet in the morning, but I did not eat at it.
A lovely walking bridge takes you around the lake and the restaurant served fantastic food and the staff looked after us as we were VIPS!
This hotel was much more comfortable, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, room service was fast.
