I stayed at this location to be near a friend who lives nearby.
The location is great and stay on executive floor gives you free breakfast.
Great location too, right off Highway 64 with the high-end shopping and dining at the Plaza Frontenac across the street and the more middle-of-the-road St Louis Galleria only about 10 minutes down Clayton Blvd.
Hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport and had a very nice driver.
Plus you can catch the Metro nearby and take it downtown (we did this for a concert--an easy way to travel!
The suite I stayed in was large and well appointed with a comfortable bed and nicely maintained bathroom.
My room had a very good bed and a desk that was useful for work.
Comfortable bed, large bathroom, very "high end" feel.
The hotel was great for my needs as a business traveler, the bed was very nice.
Everything is spotless, from the lobby to the rooms to the bathrooms to the restaurant.
Reasonably priced, stay on executive floor gives you free breakfast, low priced drinks in the evening and dessert and coffee in the evening in private lounge.
It is close to shopping and restaurants, the rooms are large and quiet and the staff is most friendly, especially Ann in the executive lounge.
Brio's Tuscan Grille (in the parking lot of Plaza Frontenac) has some great Italian food and a nice bar with atmosphere.
The breakfasts were wonderful and the people friendly and accomodating at every turn.
Its right across the street from a grocery store and Saks and Nieman are also across the street, so is a bar called Stonehurst, I think thats what it was called, but its a very nice area.
The hotel is beautiful and very friendly staff at the front desk.
The service at the hotel was excellent, staff was very helpful and the room had a large desk.
The hotel did an excellent job managing the check in, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the TV had a wide range of channels.
Overall the hotel was very nicely appointed, staff there was just amazing -- really a cut above and the concierge lounge was also very nice and inviting.
The excellent fitness center and the hotel has an outdoor pool.
I wasn't able to take a look at the pool, restaurants on property or the fitness center.
I stayed in a building with covered parking beneath that was detached from the main building.
My room was clean, the employees at the main desk were extremely helpful.
The rooms are very large, clean and nicely appointed (fluffy comforters, coffee maker, etc).
Check-in was quick and my room was clean, large and comfortable.
