It also has an excellent location downtown near the ballpark and close to the arch, waterfront, etc.

The location more than made up for the little problems though.

Nice location even for people who don't live and breath baseball.

A walk to the Gateway Arch is no more than five minutes and Union Station is about 10-15 minutes away on foot.

We spent a lot on transportation and we only took a cab 3 times and two of the times were back and forth to the airport.

Two beds (double not queen) take up most of the room and the bathroom door hits the toilet.

The room was very modern with a large LCD television and comfortable bed.

We had room #407, and it was very nice, very tastefully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed we have ever had in a hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby was very stylish, sleek and HUGE, our room was immaculate, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

The only complaint about the room was that the tub was pretty low and it took forever to fill up the bathtub.

Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was very good, and had a turkey club sandwich in the sports bar at lunch.

The only downsides of the hotel were that the restaurant did not handle crowds very well at breakfast.

The restaurant is pretty good (a simple bar and grill, which is just fine with me).

Restaurant is average however the Martini Bar & Grill is really nice inside the hotel and very packed during the weekends.

Starbucks, restaurant, bar, business center, and an attractive (fake) fireplace all available as you walk in the door.

I found the front desk staff to be short and business like and wondered if they couldn't be bothered with us because we had a Booked.net deal.

Check-in was quick enough, but the desk staff failed to mention that my room was in the West Tower rather than the East Tower (which had elevators adjacent to the front desk).

Coffee service by the hotel staff was a bit slow during our conference's early morning breakfast time.

The pool and fitness center are really nice and convenient.

First, one of the 3 elevators for the East tower were not working, and it took on average 10 minutes to catch an elevator.

We were running late and I thought it might be a problem parking and checking in.

I had a few problems with the wireless in my room but they have wired availble also.

The bathroom was a bit small, but again clean, with granite counter tops and very nice shampoos and soaps.

I found the room to be very clean and spacious.

The room was very clean and large (I was lucky to get a corner room).

The good news about the hotel: it is very well located, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, Starbuck's in the lobby.

Our room on the 20th floor of the East Tower was comfortable and clean and offered a great view of the old courthouse, arch and downtown.
