Hilton Saint Louis Airport - 圣路易斯

I didn't particularly care for the location, but that's not the hotel's fault--you wouldn't stay there unless proximity to the airport mattered.

If you need a location close to the airport, unless you want to stay in the lobby of this hotel, I would search for something better.

I like the location near the airport and not more than a 30 minute drive to anywhere.

The shuttle to the airport is scheduled on the hour and every 20 minutes there after.

We stayed at the Hilton by the airport in St.

Our first room had a broken towel rack, broken lamp, human hair in the bed, dirt rings in the bathtub, and a TV remote held together by electicians tape.

The first night they put us in a room with a full size bed (it was supposed to be King) that had a broken closet mirror, tiny dirty bathroom, and gross looking stains on the ceiling.

When we arrived our room was serviced with about three feet of toilet paper (no extra) and one bath towel, total.

One couples room was broke into with them in the bed asleep on the last day we were there.

The room was small, and the "king" size bed was actually a queen.

Nearby restaurants to the east: the "Airport Diner" was closed, but keep going around the corner to the Holiday Inn Overland Park - downstairs in the back is the restaurant for breakfast at half the price as the Hilton.

The breakfast that was included in our rate was either for room service or the restaurant, and we opted for room service and it was delicious, and they let us order whatever we wanted, which was a surprise with a coupon.

Last, the breakfast bar had very few, cheap items.

The food was good and we paid the $30 but I still feel it was overpriced for breakfast.

So instead of giving me a coupon for a free breakfast she gave me 2 coupons for a free drink at the lounge for that evening!

After reading the reviews I was very concerned about the reservation being incorrect, the condition of the room, and the service of the staff.

The front desk staff, especially Darrell, were very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff was rude when we asked if our room was ready.

We were in the lobby about 4:08, so I asked the person at the desk if the shuttle would be there at 4:20 - she responded by calling for the shuttle which took us to the airport immediately.

Other Pluses: indoor heated pool, workout room, free airport shuttle, good value for the $$.

The gym is located by the pool and has (roughly) 5 pieces of cardio equipment and hand weights.

And if you want internet high speed, it cost 10$ per day.

Our room was on the second floor and was clean and tidy.

The bathroom was clean and functional as well, but it was showing signs of its age.

The room was very clean and did have a working alarm clock and shower curtain.

My room was comfy, clean & altogether average.

The rooms are clean and the amenities on par with other hotels.
