This hotel has a great location by the river and is in the centre of the city. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views but the prices are at the higher side. The service is friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a large choice of Western and Chinese food. The rooms are modern and have balconies overlooking the river.
The hotel's bathroom could be cleaner.

New Hotel, good facilities, friendly staff, good English
Charge for internet. Mini bar costs up to 10 times street price. Hotel almost empty but when I wanted to stay one extra night 50% room rate increase and no breakfast. This is China not usa.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They immediately upgraded me to a suite upon check-in, despite my early arrival. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions and even some scenic trails for walking and cycling. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the executive lounge was a great option to relax and enjoy some downtime.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is located right by the beautiful Yangtze River, offering a great outdoor path for jogging and walking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always ready to take care of any request. There is a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices and fruits offered for breakfast, and the hotel also helped us book train tickets to Shanghai.

Overlooking the magnificent river, this hotel combines luxury and comfort with ease. The spacious rooms are equipped with exclusive amenities while the staff provide exceptional service. The breakfast is marvelous with numerous options of American and Asian cuisine. We enjoyed the live entertainment at the bar and lounge area. The spa and wellness center is a haven of tranquility with a wide range of revitalizing treatments. We were impressed by the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna facilities. The sun terrace and garden area provide beautiful views of the river.
The slow service at one of the hotel's restaurants. While ordering from the Chinese restaurant on the 13th floor, communication with the staff was difficult, and the food was cold and unpleasant.

Great location near many tourist attractions and trails for walking or cycling. Staff were friendly and attentive, even upgrading us to a suite upon early check-in. The executive lounge was worth it, and the English-speaking staff member Sabrina went above and beyond to help us retrieve important documents that we left behind in the room. Alin, the assistant manager at the lobby restaurant, provided excellent service.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is modern with spacious rooms that have a great view of the river. The complementary morning walk in the beautiful landscaped garden was very pleasant.

The hotel's location by the river was perfect for a weekend stay. The room offered amazing views and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and drinks.
The hotel lacked attention to detail in terms of replenishing amenities and cleaning the room thoroughly. The restaurant was overcrowded during peak hours and the selection of food was poor.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the luxurious amenities. The spa and wellness center was top-notch, with a sauna and steam room that left me feeling completely relaxed. The indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also highlights of my stay. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. The private facilities added to the exclusivity of my stay, and the sun terrace provided a breathtaking view of the city.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the packed lunches provided - they weren't as fresh as I had hoped, but it didn't detract too much from my overall experience. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and prime location.
