  We hired a private car at the airport for 650 baht to take us there and excellent place to take a break. The pools are also great as is the service, its the rooms that let down.

  This place was amazing, the staff at the Hilton were absolutely gorgeous and the room was cleaned regularly twice a day. The food was good and the pools were great and we had loads of fun.

  The buffet breakfast was supberb, plenty of choice and good quality, the staff couldn't do enough for you and were really friendly and helpful, the room was very large and bathroom was beautiful. Facilities at the resort were wonderful.

  This hotel and its staff made our trip as one of the most unforgettable, service was quick and prompt, only one of our rooms was available as the other was being used. Breakfast, poolside and restaurant food was good.

  Staff friendly and quite small rooms. Good food and fresh seafood. Beautiful gardens and landscaping.

  Location wise, the resort is kinda far from the busy patong, the old Phuket town is 10 mts walk away from the hotel.

  Rooms were very large and beds extremely comfortable, ps the gym was really good.

  Staff were unfriendly, the food was a bit expensive by Thailand standards.

  Bars and restaurants all tried and tested and all good, large garden.

  Prohibitively expensive business centre, the hotel was not able to solve the problem of bugs and the locks on the balcony door was broken and the room was definitely not up to our expectations.

  Realy good location and services, also, 's very near to the pier to PhiPhi Island, peacocks at the hotel garden is beautiful. The staff is very friendly, the bed is nice and large selection of food to choose from at the buffet breakfast. The egg chef is fabulous and makes the best omelettes, the spa is heavenly.

  Karon beach is a beautiful beach of white sand and sea, location is perfect. This hotel is huge and service is good. Rooms can be better due to age, breakfast is fine and the pool at the front of the resort is usually a lot quieter and mainly adults.

  The beach is just across the street, pool areas are all very nice and the hotel's facilities are also amazing. The service of the staff is friendly, on arrival in our rooms we received a complimentary bottle of wine and several great little cafes and restaurants to choose from. All the gardens are well maintained.

  The location is good too, gardens at the hotel are nice and well maintained, the reception staff are very friendly particularly to little children. The kids' room was excellent and the spa is heaven, morning buffet is super. The facility is very spacious.
