Located on a raised wooden platform on a hillside, this hotel offers stunning views of Sagami bay. It may be hard to find a nearby restaurant, but the breakfast buffet has delicious options and accommodates food allergies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with daily replenishments of supplies and linens. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, traditional Japanese baths, saunas, and a peaceful walking trail.

One downside is the long commute to get to the hotel, requiring a shuttle bus and multiple modes of transportation, which may be time-consuming.

The Lobby Lounge located only 600 feet away is a great spot for a weekend getaway and perfect for families to enjoy.

the nearby restaurant, brasserie flora, was as close as 300 feet from the hotel. the entire experience was amazing. venue itself was perfect.

This hotel was simply amazing, exceeding our expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive staff. The heated indoor and outdoor pools, hydro-therapy, and hot spring onsen were the perfect relaxation options, while the karaoke rooms, arcade. Our spacious Japanese Deluxe room with ocean views, balconies, and both western and traditional Japanese furnishings made our stay feel exclusive. We were also impressed with the complimentary breakfast and Ocean Lounge for Diamond members.

The only minor downside was that some of the onsen facilities may not have been optimal, but this was hardly noticeable considering all of the other amazing offerings provided by this hotel.

The facilities are great, the staff were incredibly nice throughout our entire stay. Good room with beautiful views of the sea. Even though it rained we really enjoyed our stay here.

The evening meal was really expensive. The buffet was really the only option you could have and it cost us around ¥15,000 (£75 ish) and that was without alcohol. It was a little bit of a shock.

Great view and convenient location as you can easily access the Hakone area and enjoy the city's attractions. There are some nice amenities like a good-sized pool and a relaxing onsen bath.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide range of options.

The staff, especially Aziz Ouhdidou, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The indoor pool area, 'Bade Spa', was spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. The facilities, including kids rooms and gaming arcade, were impressive. The rooms were comfy with a fantastic view.

Beautiful resort with amazing views of the ocean and well-manicured gardens. The staff is hospitable and friendly, making us feel at home. The spa is relaxing and serene, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the local area.

Although the resort is beautiful, it is quite secluded and far from any major attractions. It is important to note that the resort is not easily accessible by public transport, so be prepared to rent a car or pay for a taxi.
