  Good value for money and near the venue. Furthermore the location is excellent, most convenient we went to Royal concert Hall 5 minutes walk away and the staff couldnt have been more helpful to us. The room is nothing amazing and hilton coffee is always best avoided.

  Pay similar price and very high sugar - a pity - proper product is perhaps more economical. The gym is a bit small.

  Excellent value, first impressions of the actual building were good and the lobby area was very comfortable. Fitness centre were fantastic, the car park attendant was very friendly and the staff I encountered were very extremely helpful and professional. The bedding was comfy and sauna were nice and hot. Breakfast was super and dinner on the 2nd nite was much better.

  I admit the price was low and towels after we checked in because they were dirty.

  The decor was clean, the buffet style breakfast was great and the best feature about this hotle was the location right in the middle of nottingham. Theatre were excellent and customer service was very attentive. Room was very nice, bar staff were speedy efficient and the curtains kept the sunlight out well the next morning.

  Restaurant was closed down for renovations and complimentary wine was a one-glass bottle.

  The location was good, the hotel was clean and tidy, his service was excellent both on the way in. The rooms were spotless and breakfast staff were super. The dietary choices were fantastic and the receptionist was pleasant enough. Check-out was quick, the pool was lovely.

  This made us late for the theatre startedat 4:30, in-house bar was very poor.

  A good central location, several convenient restaurants nearby and the locaton of the hotel is great. 3) Staff are very friendly, sheets didn't fit bed or cot and the price of drinks in the bar is also very high. Excellent full english breakfast and menu stipulated free gift for ladies. The leisure facilities are beautiful- fab pool very clean.

  The building is old, we had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time of 3pm to check in.

  The location is excellent, numerous places to eat just around the corner and the staff could not have been more helpful. All the facilities in room are good, breakfast is nice.

  The location was quiet central, the hotel staff were very friendly especially the breakfast waiters as they had to cope and johnathon on the front desk was superb. Also bathroom was modern and the food was good. The Assistant FB Manager was excellent, also the swimming pool was lovely.

  The location was good and teh loacation of teh hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly, room was nice and the breakfast set up was excellent. We used the pool was lovely and clean.

  Location wonderful Excellent value for money Fantastic facilities - Can't fault Would highly recommend and made us feel very welcome. Nice to have staff care about customers and good pool steam room sauna etc.

  Next door to a large indoor shooping centre, the best hotel I have stayed in - Staff very polite and helpful, bathrooms are particularly nice. The breakfast is good as well, the pool is excellent.
