Hilton New Orleans Riverside - 新奥尔良

The location is great and the Hotel is very well located.

The location is perfect--close to Bourbon Street and Harrah's Casino, and next to Riverwalk.

I loved the location, not just for the views but also for the ability to walk to the nearby aquarium and to the French Quarter.

Taxis readily available and not expensive.

I was so scared when I touched down in the airport, that a nice old lady had to calm my nerves.

The room service was top of the line and they cleaned my bathroom spotless each morning and made my bed up flawlessly every morning.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfy but you can get a nicer room with a better view and softer bed at places like the Sheraton on Canal or the JW Marriott.

I was given a room with two double beds -- not the best setup, if you're used to a larger bed.

The rooms were not very nice and we had to only stay in a double bed room.

It had new carpeting and new furniture with crown molding around the room, the bathrooms were of adequate size, the beds were very comfortable with heavy count sheets and feather pillows, and we had a great view of the city.

There are at least two enjoyable venues for dining, LE CROISSANT for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then there is a sports bar which serves good "sports bar food.

We ate lunch at Kabby's Sports Bar in the hotel and the food was great (if you like sports memorabilia, this will keep you busy for a while).

Some of the elevators are readily accessible, the sports bar is good and breakfast alone are well worth the extra price.

In addition, both the bar and Drago's Restaurant were good.

The sports bar at the Hilton lacks local cuisine, on the menu, which was surprising.

Furthermore front desk staff have always been friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Great location, i just liked everything -friendly stuff and the front desk staff was rude to simple questions.

Gym/spa: This has got to be the most full-service fitness facility I have ever had access to.

They have 2 pools, very nice decorated lobby, 2 parking decks, awesome fitness center.

There is a communal 7-shower area, whirl pool, sauna and lockers along with plenty of towels and toiletries.

The Internet wireless connection costs even if you are a Hilton Honors member at the rate of $5.

The wireless internet access dropped out every 20 seconds and when I asked about using a cable connection was told I would have to pay an extra $10.

The view was amazing, the hotel room was clean and bright, i thought the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and the furnishings were French provincial.

The hallways were clean and the hospitality suite provided a good breakfast.

The room was spotless and nicely appointed with upscale furnishings in shades of rich mahagonies and greens which gave a very plush feel.

The bathroom was spotless as well and very well appointed with a marble vanity and complimentary soaps and lotions.
