  Hotel staff very accommodating and fabulous Service. Superb furnishings in the rooms, good Breakfast.

  Not a great location, better prices' and concierge not very helpful. No indoor pool.

  The pool on top of the hotel was very inviting and has a spectacular view of Venice, on arrival the staff were very welcoming, our room was superb and overlooked the Canale della Giudecca.

  The staff were pretty good overall, the air conditioning was the best in Venice, very quiet and very cold.

  The room was right in front of the pier of the hotel and service there was fast and efficient – I never missed my boat .

  Our room had spectacular views over to Venice and the hotel shuttle was nice and very prompt. Service was excellent.

  Internet was too expensive, a female bar/ restaurant staff were very rude.
