Very convenient location to the Mall of America, the hotel was nice and fast - the staff was friendly.

Great location for conference - easy location for flying in/out - close.

My wife thought the bed was a bit uncomfortable I thought it was fine and slept well The pool room and Jacuzzis also very nice as well as a very nice workout room that is open 24 hours a day.

HIKE there it is longer than I would want to carry anything purchased there back) The room we had was big enough albeit the bathroom a bit small and bathtub shower you would find in any hotel.

Aside from a concerning stain on the ceiling above the bed, the room was very clean and nice (though we did hear a lot of sounds coming from either out in the hall or in the next room).

It included a coed shower/bathroom (with locking door;-) towels everywhere and no need to even wear your suit down to the pool as you could change in this locker room.

Very comfy bed, large LCD TV and including one hot snack.

A free drink in the bar, the restaurant is nice.

Our room was lovely, the food from the restaurant was very good.

The hotel restaurant has very good food and great service.

The rooms are clean, the bar is lively and food is always exceptional.

2 small kids instead of heading to a restaurant but had the exact same thing (eggs and bacon only) all 3 days so would have liked a little variety.

In the pool area there was a large amount of ants crawling around, the hotel staff was extremely accommodating and the employees at the front desk were extremely nice.

Good price to stay, nice lobby as well and front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

The service was excellent, staff was quite polite upon check-in and she left our room very clean.

Staff was quite polite upon check-in, and after telling the front desk agent what hotel I worked at, he extended an extra bit of hospitality by upgrading our room and giving us access to the executive lounge - we really appreciated the nod.

Pool and jacuzzi looked very nice as well.

Additionally the lobby is large, staff is courteous and the Health Club/Fitness Room is free.

Well worth the price and the complimentary drinks in the lobby including a water dispenser spiced.

Also the rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent.
