We have knowledge of most of the hotels in Memphis and we feel this one has the best combination of remodeled facilities, courteous service and price value.
Has excellent seating areas for impromptu meetings and hotel has undergone a beautiful renovation.
Although the distance to downtown was about 15 minutes, the location is easy and this hotel is so worth it.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the location of the hotel was not as out-of-the-way as we had anticipated.
Arrived at airport and called hotel to pick-up shuttle bus.
Took a cab from the airport as didnt want to wait.
The beds ( I got a room with a double bed, even though it was just me) were so comfortable I felt like I was sinking into the feathers.
The hotel was clean, the room was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable.
I love my room its almost like being in my own home and bed.
Rooms are incredible, huge and well-appointed (and well-lit with a wall of windows and good lighting), bed very good.
Bed had down comforters and the most comfortable beds ever (top quality linens)!
Comfortable King bedded room, a large bar and very good breakfast buffet.
Elevators were prompt, restaurant's breakfast was great and the complimentary dinner was valued at $40 ONLY.
Big plus was the Starbucks bar downstairs with reasonably priced coffee and granola / health bars etc which made a good breakfast.

The restaurant breakfast was good but expensive, $12 for buffet consisting of bis/gravy, french toast, eggs, hashbrowns, made to order waffles and omelets, fresh fruit and cereal, pastries.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the front desk staff was very friendly and room service was good and prompt.
Service there is good and hilton beds are always the bomb :) Front desk staff was wonderful.
The elevators moved very quickly and there was no charge for parking.
The lobby is gorgeous and the pool area was a blast for my little cousins that I took swimming there.
However, the fitness center and pool were closed for renovation.
Complete with free, very high speed wireless internet).
Wireless internet access was good -- would stay here again and would definately recommend.
The staff was polite and the room was spotless.
The room was spotless, dirty coffee mugs were not removed and check-in was quick and easy.
The room was clean and the breakfast was very good too.
Room was a very clean, comfortable King bedded room.
The bathroom/vanity was beautiful and clean.
