The pool area gets cleaned and the hotel has a great location.

I truly enjoyed the location more than I did the hotel but getting double points for HHonors was a nice perk.

Graet location right on the beach with lots of water acctivetes right by the beach.

The Hotel is 1 hour from SW FL/Fort Myers Airport, BUT there can be traffic jams at any time, for no reason on I-75 either way.

Allow for an extra 45 minutes especially if you are heading to the Airport.

Our room is always spotless -- they clean in the morning AND they come back in the early evening to turn down your bed and replace all your used towels with fresh ones and straighted up the bathroom and dressing area.

Junior Suite" was actually a very large single room with two bathrooms--prior remodeling had combined two small hotel rooms into one.

All rooms are Junior Suites or One Bedroom Suites( small bathrooms).

We were originally put in a twin room with 2 double beds, but asked to move to a room with 1 king size bed.

Plus, as mentioned it was our honeymoon - so they gave us a room with 2 small double beds, but when we booked we'd requested a king size bed.

Ate in all three food areas, having breakfast in Paradise cafe, lunch at the pool grill and our wedding dinner in the Sandcastles restaurant.

We ate in Sandcastles which is the hotel's fine dining restaurant and also the Beach Grill (their poolside Bar).

The pool bar serves food (and lots of drinks of course), the Paradise Cafe is the place for breakfast and Sandcastles made an excellent steak for dinner!

There is a cafe for three delicious meals a day including buffets, and a jazzy bar that is always jam-packed with people, and a upscale restaurant as well.

The bar and restaurant service was a little slow - but not the worst I've seen, and the prices were very reasonable - not to mention the food and drinks were great.

Staff was great, service was impeccable and Catherine, the Concierge never tired of me :).

The service was great from the moment we checked in - from the valet to the clerk at the front desk, to the wait staff and all of the management we happened to meet.

The front desk, the bell men, the concierge, the waitstaff at the on site restaurant and bar, the pool attendants and the housekeeping staff.

Fitness room nice, great food and good pool.

Upon arrival everything went lovely, valet parking and then told we had a pool view room.

Within very short time the hotel's pool and beach - especially spa - was overcrowded with crying kids and teens which didn't respect any simple rule of 'you are not the only one at this place'.

95 per day for internet - the wireless is horrible.

The ambiance of the hotel is good, our room is always spotless -- they clean in the morning and the pool is lovely.

Staff are excellent, the rooms are clean and the bar at the poolside is extremely friendly.

The rooms are very clean and large & most rooms have a view of the gulf.

The junior suite was clean, comfortable and provided an excellent view of the pool and Gulf.

The check in was fast and our room was very clean.
