Location: Great location and better quality than I've seen at most Hiltons.
Location: Great location, good value and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent, the hotel is very nice and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Hotel is in a great location right on the Rhine, it costs about 7 euro's in a taxi from Mainz Station.
A 20 minute drive to the Frankfurt Airport.
The cheaper conference rate rooms are reached by a bridge over the road, but mine was very adequate with a large bed and a nice bathroom.
We were given a River view room,Room had very comfy beds, good air conditioning, and nice bathroom.
The view form my room was the best, all the staff were very friendly and the bed itself was very comfortable.
The room was fairly large, and easily accomodated a roll-away bed for our son.
I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and got a twin bed (instead a king size bed as reserved) room of fairly size and view on the river Rhine.
Meals - One of the best buffet breakfasts I have seen, with loads of fruit, really fresh pastries and bread, and a huge range of other stuff to suit every breakfast desire.
Restaurants: Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet.
Nicely maintained hotel - inside, very quiet room and restaurant has nice food costs around €30 for a starter.
The rooms are clean, meals - One of the best buffet breakfasts I have seen.
The best thing for us was the proximity to the old town and the vast variety of restaurants and shops only a couple of blocks away.
Staff - extremely pleasant, charming and helpful, both in reception and in the restaurant.
Nicely maintained hotel - inside, the reception staff are friendly and the room size is a good size for Europe.
All the staff were very friendly,happy to take time to chat and have fun, they helped us plan a trip to Rudeshiem and generally made you feel a very welcome guest.
The staff is helpful and nice, good air conditioning.
There's also a sauna and a tiny pool/jacuzzi which didn't work at my visit.
But like any upmarket they charge the usuall 14 Euro per night parking, which is completely outragous in my opinion.
Parking: Standard European rates, plenty of spaces, easy in and out.
The Hilton Mainz is in my opinion is a well maintained older hotel, the staff is helpful and nice, the bathroom is always clean.
The rooms are clean, very comfortable and quite spacious.
The room was large by European standards and spotless.
