The location is excellent, the hotel is well located for down-town Madision and the staff is very friendly.

The location is great, the hotel is in an ideal situation for visiting Madison for both leisure and the staff couldn't have been more friendly.

Forth to the airport was helpful and perhaps because the hotel was generally so quiet.

The beds are VERY comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the room service prompt, the club level breakfast was delicious.

A myriad of problems (air conditioner not working, key card kept needing to be rekeyed, check-in issues, stained torn bed linens) with no one who was interested in resolving them.

While other reviews are right, the pool is small, and the parking is cramped, there are many other things that this hotel offered to outweigh these negative things.

Yes, parking is expensive and cramped, but it's like that anywhere in downtown Madison.

Wireless Internet is fairly expensive and not easy to use.
