Excellent value for money in a very convenient location for the airport, nearby long stay parking and good price.

This Hilton Hotel is ideally situated close to Stansted airports with transfers to the airport taking some five minutes by their private coach.

We caught the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport and it didnt cost us anything.

Pathetic service, our confirmed non-smoking room was a smoking room, no facecloths and one hand towel, sand in the bed, and the toilet flushed sometimes.

The deluxe room had plenty of amenities and was of a good quality with good size bathroom with bath and shower, bath robes, complimentary water and bottle of wine, tea and coffee facilities, flat panel tv, etc.

Although the room was a little on the small side, it was clean with the comfiest kingsize bed ever.

Anyway, the room was fine (bed very comfortable) and the food I ordered on room service was very good.

The room was a little tired looking, but all said and done the bed was comfy, we had tea and coffee making facilities, although you wouldn't want to stay for a lengthy period it was fine for our overnight stay.

Big TV, continental breakfast and very good wine selection in the bar.

Hot tub facilities, good bar and restaurant were helpful.

All the bar and restaurant staff were most attentive and pleasant.

The prices at the restaurant were quite reasonable for dinner and the breakfast buffet offered quite a lot of choice.

Decided to eat in the Restaurant - good selection of dishes all served with friendly banter from the amiable Chef.

The staff are by far the friendliest of any airport hotel I've stayed in - both in reception, in the bar/restaurant and for room service.

I was greeted at reception by friendly, helpful and professional staff.

Staff was friendly, food was good but a little expensive for what you were served they cannot compare to selection and price for in the food and service in the USA either in hotels or dining room.

The main reason for staying was the short distance to Stansted Airport, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was excellent.

Basically it's good for car parking and if you need to get up ridiculously early to catch a Ryanair flight!

We made use of the gym and swimming pool areas, which are rather nice.

The swimming pool is a fair size for a hotel, and the steam room and jacuzzi were good.

Room was compact, but clean and comfortable and appeared to have all sorts of Internet connections and access, which we didn't need or use.

We were really pleased with the comfortable clean room and the very resonably priced dinner that we received in the restaurant.

My room was well equiped, comfortable and clean.

Also very clean well appointed room and lovely breakfast.
