The hotel was excellent (great location to War Memorial Stadium).

I just got back from a business trip to Little Rock, and stayed here because it has been recently renovated, and it had free airport shuttle (plus a very convenient location - to the airport, to downtown, and to the 630/430 business center area).

As stated earlier, the location is great, they have shuttle to and from the airport, the look is nice, the rooms are great, but just be patient.

This is a brief summary of how our romantic getaway went awry because of this location's incompetent staff and their inability to use the corporate systems in place.

After getting that fixed, I was told that this location doesn't offer 6 strawberries for $10.

A bedroom and bathroom, TV and a balcony upstairs and downstairs a pull out sofa bed, TV/ mini bar/sink /refrig area & bathroom and a patio that went straight out to the pool area.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was cramped.

I was really impressed with the condition of the rooms - new everything - beds, furniture, carpeting, bathrooms.

The room decor was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Wonderful towels and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The restaurant and bar were both top shelf.

I tried the restaurant for both breakfast (OK), and dinner (not too good).

The breakfast is pretty much 1 selection - the breakfast buffet.

I went back for breakfast the 2nd day), biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and oatmeal.

Caveat emptor - juice and coffee are extra - they aren't part of the buffet, so breakfast was $15 plus tip.

Useful business center, this hotel isn't bad and the front desk staff were very helpful.

Fortunately, our romantic outing was not spoiled by the shoddy service and the incompetent staff.

After a call to the Hilton customer service center, I was contacted the next day by the hotel manager and offered a coupon for a free stay.

The room decor was very nice and front desk personnel were not particularly genuine or helpful.

Really nice place after renovations completed and the service was good.

I stayed at the Little Rock Hilton on Thanksgiving day 2006 and my car was stolen right from the parking lot.

The detective called me and reported that Hilton management told him that they did Not Have Security Cameras Monitoring Their Parking Lot.

Main common areas do look nice, the staff is overly friendly and the rooms are clean.

In general, the rooms are clean and well appointed.

      The Little Rock police contacted me and the pillows must be 10 years old - flat. Also the food is awful, the pool is usually dirty.

      034;I booked a king room for a romantic stay using Hilton's website.

      Upon arrival, we were given a room with 2 double beds. It was a bait and switch that put a bad taste in my mouth for this location.
