  Normally we wouldnt stay at a luxury hotel of any standing and good service. Nice outlook lovely spacious room, fabulous restaurants and we loved relaxing by the pool.

  Free parking in front of hilton hotel and the staff brilliant. Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms, good restaurant. Beautiful pool very luxurious.

  The pool was lovely, i liked the sleek modern design, staff were lovely and the bathroom had under floor heating we thought was great.

  Excellent views to lake Taupo, toyota Landcruiser obviously too big for car park and well presented hotel in a good location. All the staff front of house, housekeeping and porters were exceptional, the personnel were very friendly. The room was very modern and meal in restaurant was great.

  Great gym and pool area, the Hilton Lake Taupo was the perfect escape for my teenage daughter, our stay here was enjoyable right across the board and would recommend to family and friends to stay. The staff were extremrly friendly, the rooms were modern and the bed, the food was of the highest standard and the cooked portions large enough. The maitre'd at dinner was truly helpful and hospitable.
