Pros: Amazing view from room, nice hotel and great prices.

The hotel is beautiful and rates are always better through hilton.

The location next to the casino is excellent, the city of Gatineau I have found the atmosphere not as good as used to be no decorations for Easter no festivities really disappointing and the staff are generally efficient and friendly.

The hotel is a very nice building, the bed is very comfortable and the food in the restaurants is great too.

Great service, comfortable bed and free morning newspapers.

The whole decor of the public areas is very interesting and the bathroom is the best part of the room.

Some wonderful restaurants- go to Le Baccara for a special evening.

The buffet breakfast is wonderful so make sure you get the package deal, an outstanding outdoor pool that is open year round.

The decor is amazing and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely sized and dinner at the high end restaurant in the casino. Their outdoor pool is open all year.

I rate this hotel a 10 Great job Staff, the bathroom is spacious and beautiful, a little happy hour buffet at the end of the day. Additionally the conference facilities are nice.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in and the rooms are large well-appointed. The food is great and friendly staff even you don't speak French. Gym facilites are very nice.
