Overview

The five-star Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel and Casino is ideally placed on the shores of Leamy Lake, close to the Canadian Museum of Civilization.

          The location is great and the hotel seemed difficult to find as we arrived after dark. Rates are always better through hilton, the lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is extremely polite, efficient and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the restaurant Arome at the Hilton is wonderful and the pool and spa are amazing.

          Location to Ottawa convenient, attractive stop in Gatineau and outdoor pool/hot tub overlooking the lake. Best hotel in Canada, loved the works of Chihuly in different parts of the building and great prices and open 24 hours. In the morning a lovely European style breakfast buffet is available, staff are courteous and the room is nicely decorated, the bathroom is spacious and beautiful.

          Great location and beautiful hotel. Luxury destination at a reasonable price and the lobby and the rooms are very nice. Staff are friendly and helpful, bathroom is huge. The outdoor pool/jacuzzi are opened year round and at all times the specialty coffee machine is available.

          The views of the lake in winter were very peaceful and my stay was perfect in every way. The staff were very nice and the room was extremely large for a standard room. The food was excellent and the pool facilities just blew us away.

          The location next to the casino is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. The staff is also very kind and friendly, rooms are great, the conference facilities are nice and the food there was good. Pool is fantastic.

          The view from our 20th floor room was beautiful and the cleaness and the service were great. The beds were quite comfortable, the breakfast buffet at Arome was fantastic and the dinner, show, new years fun package was perfect.

          The pool area are well maintained and suitable for all ages, one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff are generally efficient and friendly, and housekeeping was excellent, the bed is very comfortable and the linens are great.

          The views of the river were gorgeous and the bathroom was state of the art, all the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional, the rooms were fresh and well cleaned. The pizza there was wonderful and food was good at AROMA for dinner. Great outdoor heated pool and whirlpool was fun in the snow.

          Entertainment in the casino area and one of the best buffets in north america, great place. Excellent service as always and spacious rooms. Relaxed in the sauna and lovely duvet and lots of nice pillows. Food very good and accessible to all the restaurants, light dinner.

          Great hotel, the staff were more than courteous and we upgraded to the deluxe room to get the bigger bathroom and was well worth. The restaurant provided excellent dinner.
