  Taxis are always waiting for you and many nice restaurants are close by, tower rooms are much better then the garden rooms, the New Kingston area is not bad. The hotel is very clean and the service is good and the staff will make you feel at home. The bathroom is the worst and the pool bar has a great atmoshpere and is cheap. The food is fantastic.

  The pool area is very large and comfortable, hotel has a lively poolside social scene. The service is nice and the portions are plentiful, bottled water is replaced free each day, the tea/coffee making facilities are dire at best.

  Good location ; public areas are wonderful and hotel has a nice pool. The staff are helpful and have a great sense of humor, rooms at Motel 6 anywhere in the US are much way better.

  Convenient location in new Kingston section, close to major businesses and this hotel has really nice public areas. Rooms are way away from a luxury, the pool is fantastic.

  As Jamaicans visiting the island, was a nice welcome home, place was clean and in my opinion, the most friendly staff were the security/bell staff. Furniture tatty bed was comfy and breakfast was great. The pool was lovely.

  Very friendly personnel and the only reasonable hotel in Kingston, service was good, the room was just ok, def. The food was excellent.

  Breakfast buffet was disappointing for a hotel in a tropics, service was great and the pool was dirty, as was my ancient bathroom. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

  The hotel itself was looking a little long in the tooth and from the maids to the desk staff, everyone was attentive and friendly. Our room had a delicious plate of Jamaican fruit waiting for us.

  Its apparently the best place in town and nice staff. Free internet in the rooms, only accessible by the pool bar and a good choice.

  A friendly, efficient and stylish homebase for the visitor to Kingston, freindly Service. Tje cleaning staff did a great job in our room.
